By accessing or using attendAEC at attendaec.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

attendAEC is an event calendar aggregator that collects publicly available event information from AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry organizations across New England. We are an aggregator, not the event organizer. We compile event listings from public sources for informational convenience.

Event details (dates, times, locations, registration links) are sourced from third-party organization websites. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all event information is current or complete. Always verify event details with the hosting organization before making plans.

3. User Accounts

Certain features of the Service may require account registration. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your login credentials
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access to your account
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or bulk-download data from the Service by automated means
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use the Service for spam, phishing, or other malicious purposes
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Resell or redistribute event data obtained from the Service without permission

5. Intellectual Property

The attendAEC name, logo, website design, and interface are the property of attendAEC. Event data is aggregated from publicly available sources and is attributed to the original hosting organizations. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without prior written permission.

6. Third-Party Content and Links

The Service contains links to external organization websites for event details and registration. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of these third-party websites. Accessing linked sites is at your own risk.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• Event information will be accurate, complete, or up to date
• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Any errors in the Service will be corrected

We are not liable for missed events, incorrect dates or locations, registration issues, or any decisions made based on information obtained through the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, attendAEC and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

9. Subscription and Payment

The Service currently offers free access. When paid subscription plans are introduced, the following terms will apply:

• Subscription fees will be billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues through the end of the billing period
• Pricing changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
